Dr. Louie C. Juera is an Education Supervisor II at the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Regional Office XI, overseeing the Graduate Program, Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Technology, and Physical Education. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Southeastern Philippines, an MBA from Ateneo de Davao University, and a Ph.D. in Development Research Administration from the University of Southeastern Philippines – College of Development Management. Dr. Juera’s research interests include mobile learning, eLearning, and simulation-based mobile learning. His work, “Digitalizing Skills Development Using Simulation Based Mobile (SiM) Learning Application,” was published in a top-tier Springer Scopus journal. He is also the founder and developer of the Electrical Wiring Simulator, a mobile app with over 500,000 downloads globally. With a strong commitment to educational advancement and technology integration, Dr. Juera is a leading figure in his field, contributing significantly to innovative learning solutions.
